i took this shot at the 2016 nationals in Virginia.
i couldn't use any lighting techniques or a flash i had to do what i had to work with which was florescent lighting which was horrible but i still got the shot i needed to. i had tried sport photography and trust me its a pain in the butt to do because you have to get the perfect shot and you'll only shoot about 364 shots in order to get 15 good perfect shots in order to submit or what not. so yeah that was a struggle to. and trying not to get kicked out of a public event without them saying get out. Plus trying not to open your flash was the biggest pain in the butt.
Somewhat i actually like this shot this shot amuses me because he's trying to get a head kick in but he can't seem to do so because they are blocking what the head kick is. So what i learned from this is that a lot of the men doing taekwondo sparring likes to kill each other and give head injures.
